Taking good care of your face

These are the things you will do to keep your face healthy.


*Cleansing of your face: This will help fight some face problems and keep your face healthy always. You are advised to choose a face cleanser to use depending on your skin type. 
Moisturize your face: Apply your moisturizer to keep your skin soft and glowing especially those with dry skin.

*Tidying of your eyebrow: Always make sure to trim and brush your eyebrow. Don't take off almost all of it if you want to do it by yourself but I advise you meet professionals for that.
 
*Avoid touching your face: Touching your face always is really a bad habit, your hands may contain dirt and oil on it so you are advised to keep your hands off your face. Also keep anything that touches your face neat, things like your pillow case, hand towel and other things that goes frequently to your face. 
 
*Learn to drink lots of water: This is a way of taking care of your face from the inside. The body needs hydration to remove wastes and oil from your face.
 
*Protect your face from sun: You can do this by using a sunscreen anytime you want to go out. You can also protect your face from the sun by wearing things like hat that will help cover your face. This will help to keep your face healthy and fresh.
 
*Take care of your lips: Make sure to moisturize your lips. Don't use lipsticks all the time so your lip won't get addicted to the chemicals.
